If my ship is late or skips Mahahual, do I lose my deposit?

You will receive a full refund if your cruise ship arrives late, does not stop in Costa Maya/Mahahual for any reason, or if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation. In short, if events beyond your control prevent you from participating in your tour, you are entitled to a full refund.
